Parkbridge Lifestyle Communities Inc. ("Parkbridge") is committed to the highest standards of openness, honesty and accountability. The integrity of financial and other information of Parkbridge is vital as it guides the decisions of the Board of Directors of Parkbridge ("the Board") and is relied upon by all of our stakeholders. Our reputation for honesty and integrity is key to the success of our business.
For these reasons, Parkbridge maintains an environment where individuals - employees, management, contractors, tenants and people who do business with Parkbridge - can confidentially and anonymously report concerns regarding illegal or unethical behavior without the fear of victimization, discrimination or disadvantage.
Matters for which reporting is encouraged and sought by Parkbridge include, but are not limited to:
- violation of Parkbridge's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics;
- unlawful acts;
- suspect, questionable, unethical, or unlawful accounting and auditing policies, practices, or procedures;
- inadequate internal accounting controls;
- the misleading or coercion of auditors;
- disclosure of fraudulent or misleading financial information; or
- instances of corporate fraud.
Reports can be made anonymously using the confidential form below, and will be sent directly to Ken Cullen, Independent Director and Chair of the Audit Committee. All information that you provide will remain confidential to the extent permitted by the law.
